Job summary

The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking a Meetings and Events Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the events space, The Apartment. You will lead day and evening events, ensure guests have a brilliant experience, and work closely with Sales to execute events flawlessly.

You’ll manage setup, budgeting, safety, and supplier relationships while supporting F&B operations during quieter periods. This role is a great fit for hospitality focused leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing an events space is a big plus.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and lead day and evening events.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver events sold by them.
• Set up the space for meetings and events (tables, chairs, lighting).
• Coordinate stock and expenses; manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure health, safety and security of guests and staff.
• Support Lotti’s restaurant when needed.
