The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking a Meetings and Events Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of The Apartment, our events space. You will lead day-to-evening events, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and work closely with the Sales team to deliver flawless event execution.

You’ll manage setup, staff, and suppliers while driving improvements for efficient operations. Candidates should bring a genuine hospitality mindset, strong customer service, and a proactive approach to ownership, with

Prepare, manage& leaddayandevening events,ensuring guests have an enjoyable and care-free event with us.

Workingclosely together with theSalesteam to deliver excellent execution of the events sold by them, to constantly drive returning guests.You’rethe critical link between Sales and each successful event.

Whetherit’ssetting up the space for a day meeting or an evening event – think tables, chairs, lighting, the lot –you’rethe one who makes sure every detail is right.

Think outside the boxwhen it comes to improving the department – how we use the space, how we run events, what we could be doing better.We’realways open tonew ideas, and yours are part of what makes us better.
