The Hoxton Amsterdam is seeking a Meetings and Events Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of The Apartment, our events space. You will lead day-to-evening events, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and work closely with the Sales team to deliver flawless event execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead day and evening events for guests.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure flawless event execution and repeat visits.
• Set up spaces (tables, chairs, lighting) and oversee event details.
• Suggest improvements to space usage and event operations.
• Coordinate stock, expenses, and relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure health, safety, and security for all users of the space.
