Job summary

The Hoxton, Amsterdam is looking for a Host with energy, personality and charm to join our team at Lotti’s. You will provide a friendly, responsive level of service to all guests, ensuring they feel welcome and want to return.

As the first face guests see, you will manage arrivals and departures, ensure bills are accurate, support both front-of-house and restaurant teams with bookings, and offer recommendations.

Responsibilities

• You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Restaurant team with any individual and group bookings.
• Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.
