Informa Group Plc. is seeking a proactive Junior Event Executive intern to assist in planning, coordinating and delivering our event portfolio, including CPHI Spain. The role provides hands-on experience across event operations, customer experience and stakeholder engagement from our Amsterdam office.

We welcome motivated students or recent graduates eager to learn and contribute. This internship runs for 5 to 6 months, starting February 1, 2027, with opportunities to support additional events.

Competenze

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Events, or Hospitality.
• Interest in conferences, exhibitions and customer engagement.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Monday.com, Miro, Canva a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the Event Manager with planning, coordination, and delivery of CPHI Spain and other event projects as required.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Event, Marketing, Sales, Content, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to support successful event delivery.
• Assist with project planning, meeting coordination, timelines, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, project plans, and event documentation.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of virtual and in-person events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to support successful event execution.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and research on customer needs, market trends, and competitor events.
• Support customer engagement initiatives, including networking programmes, hosted buyer activities, matchmaking meetings, and attendee experience features.
• Provide administrative and onsite support before, during, and after events.
