Qualifications

• Currently finalizing HBO/WO studies in hotel/event management, media, marketing, or international business.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week for 20 weeks (start Aug 1 / Feb 1).
• Independent, proactive, and takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of projects and events from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers, nationally and internationally.
• Assist with proposals, timelines, production schedules, and logistics.
• Research new venues and suppliers and reach out to them.
• Attend creative and production meetings.
• Support internal coordination and on-site event management.
• Help manage and support the broader team.
