Zusammenfassung

Informa operates a global portfolio of live events and digital platforms. This internship is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office and supports the planning and delivery of CPHI Spain, with opportunities to assist other events and initiatives.

You will work closely with the Event Manager to gain hands-on experience across event planning, customer experience, stakeholder engagement, and event operations, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Operations teams.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Events, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interest in conferences, exhibitions and customer engagement.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Miro, and Canva is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the Event Manager with planning, coordination, and delivery of CPHI Spain and other event projects as required.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Event, Marketing, Sales, Content, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to support successful event delivery.
• Assist with project planning, meeting coordination, timelines, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, project plans, and event documentation.
• Provide administrative and onsite support before, during, and after events.
