Job summary

Informa Markets Amsterdam is hiring a Content Intern to support the Pharma division’s content delivery. You will assist with speaker logistics, manage the speaker database, and help with on-site briefs and design tasks for webinars and events.

This 6-month internship starts February 1, 2027, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic events environment and collaboration with the Content Team. Applicants should be currently enrolled or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or Event

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, or Event Management).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage the Speaker Collection Form on Smartsheet and facilitate submissions.
Correspond with speakers about deadlines and submission reminders.
Ensure content agendas are up to date on websites and event platforms.
Upload leads into the speaker database and maintain speaker information records.
Prepare on-site briefs with the Content Team to support speaker presentations.
Assist with on-site design tasks, banners, and social graphics.
Reach out to speakers/companies to obtain missing logos and headshots.
