Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Field Support Technician to technical support, maintain, and repair our premium EV fleet during marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and sales activities across Europe. You will travel with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure vehicles stay in top condition.

The role requires hands-on automotive experience, a strong customer orientation, and willingness to travel extensively across Europe.

Qualifications

Experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles.
Customer-facing field service experience is a plus.
Master Technician certification is a strong plus.
HV certification is a plus.
Experience with electric vehicles (EVs) is a plus.
Vehicle detailing or vehicle presentation experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams during events.
Prepare, inspect, maintain, and repair marketing and demonstration vehicles.
Diagnose and perform repairs on-site across Europe.
Support market introductions and opening of new studios and service centers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal vehicle presentation and operation.
Act as a brand ambassador during customer events and activities.
Travel intensively as business demands.
