Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Field Support Technician to technical support, maintain, and repair our premium EV fleet during marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and sales activities across Europe. You will travel with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure vehicles stay in top condition.

The role requires hands-on automotive experience, a strong customer orientation, and willingness to travel extensively across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles.
• Customer-facing field service experience is a plus.
• Master Technician certification is a strong plus.
• HV certification is a plus.
• Experience with electric vehicles (EVs) is a plus.
• Vehicle detailing or vehicle presentation experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams during events.
• Prepare, inspect, maintain, and repair marketing and demonstration vehicles.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on-site across Europe.
• Support market introductions and opening of new studios and service centers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal vehicle presentation and operation.
• Act as a brand ambassador during customer events and activities.
• Travel intensively as business demands.

Voor onze Marketing & PR Fleet zoeken wij een Field Support Technician die verantwoordelijk is voor het technisch ondersteunen, onderhouden en repareren van onze voertuigen tijdens marketingcampagnes, evenementen, productintroducties en salesactiviteiten door heel Europa.

Jouw rol

Als Field Support Technician ben jij de technische expert achter onze marketing- en demonstratievoertuigen. Je reist mee met de Marketing- en Sales-teams en zorgt ervoor dat onze voertuigen altijd in topconditie verkeren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

• Technische ondersteuning bieden aan Marketing- en Sales-teams tijdens evenementen en activiteiten.
• Voorbereiden, inspecteren, onderhouden en repareren van marketing- en demonstratievoertuigen.
• Diagnoses stellen en reparaties uitvoeren op locatie, waar dan ook in Europa.
• Ondersteunen bij nieuwe marktintroducties en de opening van nieuwe Studio's en Service Centers.
• Samenwerken met verschillende interne teams om een optimale presentatie en werking van de voertuigen te garanderen.
• Een ambassadeur van het merk zijn tijdens klantgerichte evenementen en activiteiten.
• Flexibel inspelen op veranderende prioriteiten binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie.
• Intensief reizen wanneer de business daarom vraagt.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een praktische, oplossingsgerichte professional die graag onderweg is en energie krijgt van afwisselende werkzaamheden. Je combineert sterke technische vaardigheden met een klantgerichte instelling en voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Een afgeronde opleiding als autotechnicus.
• Ervaring met diagnose, onderhoud en reparatie van voertuigen.
• Een Master Technician-certificering is een sterke pré.
• Hoogvolt (HV) certificering is een pré.
• Ervaring met elektrische voertuigen (EV's) is een pré.
• Ervaring met vehicle detailing of voertuigpresentatie is een pré.
• Het vermogen om snel problemen te analyseren en creatieve oplossingen te vinden.
• Een oog voor detail en een sterke focus op kwaliteit.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele houding richting klanten en collega's.
• Ervaring met ondersteuning van marketing- en sales-evenementen is een plus.
• Ervaring binnen een premium of luxe automotive omgeving is een pre

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
