Job summary

EVEREC in Amsterdam is seeking a Solutions/Presales Engineer to join its growing EV charging and energy infrastructure team. This is the first technical hire in the Netherlands, combining solutions engineering, presales and project delivery to turn complex requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.

The role involves leading technical discussions with customers, DSOs and partners, translating grid needs into concepts, supporting projects from presales through delivery, and

Qualifications

• Electrical engineer with 5+ years in solutions, presales, project engineering or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electrical and grid-connected systems.
• Experience with DC fast charging, EV charging, electrical distribution, energy or similar infrastructure.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with customers and commercial teams.
• Translate complex customer and grid requirements into practical solutions.
• Develop technical concepts, configurations and supporting documentation.
• Work with DSOs, energy companies, EPCs and technical partners.
• Support projects from presales through to delivery and commissioning.
• Visit sites, identify risks and help resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Feed project learnings back into engineering and product teams.
• Initially focus on the Netherlands, with the opportunity to expand across Europe.
