Job summary

Easee is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer in Amsterdam to translate customer needs into scalable EV charging solutions and support the full sales cycle with deep technical expertise. You will design end-to-end solutions, ensure interoperability with back-end systems, and deliver demonstrations to customers and partners.

This role requires 3+ years in EV charging or a related technical-commercial field, with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

Knowledge of EV charging ecosystem including hardware, installation, and grid constraints.
Experience with software platforms and integrations in commercial context.
Understanding of interfaces and protocols (OCPP, OCPI, APIs, AMQP).
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in energy/transport.
Comfort translating technical topics into business value.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical expert in customer engagements, supporting Sales in complex deals.
Translate customer requirements into tailored EV charging solutions (hardware, software, integrations).
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution designs.
Support RFPs, tenders, and proposals with technical input and feasibility validation.
Address and overcome technical objections in the sales process.
