Job summary

GreenFlux in Amsterdam is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to support technical aspects of sales and provide solution design for enterprise clients. This role will require strong analytical skills and experience in pre-sales customer-facing roles.

Your responsibilities include guiding the design of solutions, leading technical discussions, and collaborating with both sales and engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience in similar roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer solutions or pre-sales roles.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and tenders.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical counterpart during the full sales cycle.
• Design high-level solution architectures and functional designs.
• Lead technical discussions with commercial and engineering stakeholders.
