Job summary

ASML is seeking an EUV Value Stream Controller within the Finance team, Business Insights & Control. You will act as the business controller for the EUV value stream, transforming financial data into actionable insight to guide cost-effective decisions.

You’ll partner with BI&C teams and Finance Partners to drive planning, forecasting and reporting, while challenging management on financial performance to optimize value across product development and installed base activities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
RC, RA/CPA or similar qualification preferred but not required.
8–12 years of experience in finance within mid-to-large international industrial companies.
Proven ability in financial reporting, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Translate financial information into actionable insights for the EUV value stream.
Partner with BI&C topic teams and Finance Partners to drive planning and reporting.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and investment-analysis activities.
Drive standardization of reporting and insight-driven analyses.
Prepare, challenge, and optimize financial business cases and cost drivers.
Steer integrated, financially compliant decisions across departments.
