  • Drive the optimization and improvement of finance processes, the standardization of reporting, and insight-driven analyses to satisfy the need for management information.
  • Prepare, challenge, and optimize financial business cases, highlighting trade-offs and evaluating investment attractiveness.
  • Proactively bring the various departments within the Finance function together when needed to drive integrated, financially compliant, and sound decisions.
  • Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, including cost and investment analysis, as well as identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Initiate and steer financial actions to improve results and mitigate risks across product development and installed base activities.

Education and experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • RC, RA/CPA, or a similar qualification is preferred but not required.
  • 8-12 years of experience in finance roles within mid- to large-sized international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.
  • Proven ability in financial reporting, planning, and cross-functional collaboration as a business controller for operational management teams.
