Job summary

ASML is seeking a Factory Preparation Competence Engineer to lead pre-install planning for EUV factory setups and to review technical documentation for EUV customer sites. You will support knowledge transfer, participate in second-line production engineering tasks, and drive continuous improvements in process and content quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field mixing project management and technical disciplines, e.g. Industrial Engineering and Design.
• 3–5 years of technical engineering experience, preferably with customer exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence processes and tooling to secure volume factory preparation.
• Create, release and maintain the HVM Pre Install Package (Installation Requirements Manual, Pre-Install Manual, Utility Data Sheets, some drawings).
• Present at customer sites (online/on-site) to explain Pre-install Packages and support pre-install execution.
• Audit customer factory preparations to ensure quality and initiate improvement proposals.
