Job summary

ASML Germany GmbH is seeking a Sequence Engineer & SMIX Lead to own and drive Service Sequences, ensuring safe, efficient execution and first-time-right quality across the EUV Factory. You will bridge Manufacturing, FLS competencies, System Delivery, PE, Shopfloor teams, Program Management and D&E to improve readiness and industrialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level, any technical degree with a focus on Data Analysis, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Physics
• Having at least 5 years as a Coordination or Technical field with relevant experience in escalation management and operational organization.
• Strong track record in operational coordination/ work prep.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the FLS subject matter expert for Service Sequences.
• Provide advanced support on GRE, GEAR, POD and sequence-related tooling.
• Coordinate creation of missing sequences with D&E,PE and service stakeholders.
• Lead SMIX readiness and drive improvements across EUV Factory.
• Support high-priority escalations involving Service Actions and sequence execution.
