Job summary

Ahold Delhaize is seeking the European TBM Lead to design, build, and scale the TBM capability across Europe. You will own strategy, governance, and the Apptio platform, ensuring cost transparency and value realization for technology investments.

You will work with the EU CTO Office and finance stakeholders to align TBM with business priorities and enterprise decision-making, driving cross-functional impact and mentorship across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics or IT or equivalent.
• Extensive TBM experience delivering business value.
• Hands-on Apptio experience is a hard prerequisite.
• Senior management track record in multinational European environments.
• Strong communication skills to influence executives and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the European TBM strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Lead Apptio implementation and platform leadership in Europe.
• Govern TBM data, cost models, and allocation rules.
• Define and scale TBM use cases for cost transparency and value.
• Shape operating model and cross-functional TBM governance.
