Job summary

PVH is seeking a Director, Go-To-Market in Amsterdam to lead the end-to-end GTM process for the Product organization and drive transformation across functions. You will shape the operating model, establish governance, and provide strategic direction to ensure timely market launches.

With 12+ years in GTM, strategy and operations, you will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, lead managers, and sponsor continuous improvement to deliver measurable business value for the Tommy

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining, implementing and evolving an organization-wide operating model.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Go-To-Market lifecycle across functions.
• Experience translating strategy into departmental plans and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTM vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Product organization.
• Lead transformation of the GTM process from brief to market launch.
• Translate strategy into objectives, plans and milestones with clear accountability.
• Own and evolve the GTM operating model, governance and playbooks.
• Lead managers and professionals to deliver agreed outcomes across the GTM portfolio.
• Establish cross-functional planning forums and governance for milestones and risks.
• Set priorities, allocate resources and drive efficient decision-making.
• Develop communications tools for stakeholders to ensure clarity and timelines.
