Job summary

TransFollow BV is seeking a Business Development Representative to build a predictable pipeline across DACH and selected European growth markets. You will work with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities and engage stakeholders, supporting scalable, repeatable processes.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, discovery conversations and qualification to prepare opportunities for senior sales staff in a fast-growing European SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Business Development, Sales Development or inside sales.
• Experience in SaaS is preferred.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a qualified pipeline across DACH and European growth markets.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone and events.
• Identify stakeholders and qualify opportunities for meetings.
• Support account-based sales strategies and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize demand generation.
