Job summary

OnLogic, Inc. is expanding its European office in Oosterhout and seeks a full-time Sales Operations professional to support global sales and operations. You will prepare quotes and proposals, assist with order processing, and liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure mutual success.

You’ll coordinate with Engineering, Product Management and cross-functional teams while engaging with customers by email and phone. Fluency in English is required; Dutch, German, French, or Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commercials or economics.
• Prior administrative experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). A second European language is preferred.
• Experience with an ERP system and creating management reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project planning, including quotes and proposals.
• Assist with order processing and monitor progress against expectations.
• Coordinate activities between Sales, Ops, Engineering and Product teams.
• Interface with customers via email and phone to relay updates and coordinate meetings.
• Collaborate with technical, business and procurement decision-makers.
