Job summary

You will support the Tax Manager and manage Dutch payroll across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with HR Operations and Tax to optimize processes and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• MBO level education required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an international environment preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute Dutch payroll in ADP and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records and align with guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Tax to define processes and ensure smooth hand-offs.
• Drive process improvements and automation in payroll operations, including AI opportunities.
• Provide information to employees and stakeholders on payroll matters and benefit plans.
