Job summary

Neste is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations across six European countries from Hoofddorp, with a future shift to Rotterdam. The role focuses on data integrity, SLA adherence, and the transition to automated workflows and robotics within a global payroll infra-structure.

You will bridge HR, Finance, and external vendors, ensuring accurate, timely payments while enabling scalable, compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll management across multiple European countries within a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or HR.
• Experience with HRIS/Time & Attendance integrations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Strong communicator with ability to manage vendor and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for MSPs across 6 European countries to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Audit masterdata, salary, benefits, and tax data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support transition from legacy to automated, plug‑and‑play payroll models with robotics.
• Resolve employee and stakeholder queries with data‑driven insights.
• Drive process improvements and maintain agile internal data workflows.
