Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Europe is seeking a dynamic Procure-to-Pay Operations Director to lead P2P and Travel & Expense across its European network. The role is based in Amsterdam with a hybrid working model and oversees strategic finance operations to optimise cash flow and governance.

You will partner with senior leaders across Europe, drive transformation programmes, standardise processes, and develop high-performing teams while enabling growth for the MVH Europe business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading finance, accounting, shared services, or procurement operations, with at least 10 years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong transformation mindset with experience driving process improvement and change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in Finance or related discipline; professional qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procure-to-Pay and Travel & Expense operations across MVH Europe.
• Shape strategy and drive transformation programmes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Europe to improve processes and working capital.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Drive standardisation and adoption of new technologies across multiple markets.
