Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health Europe, part of the MVH European network including AniCura, is seeking a People Partner in Amsterdam to support our clinics by turning business priorities into people solutions.

As a true HR Business Partner, you'll work with Area Managers and clinic leaders to drive talent management, workforce planning, performance, and engagement while ensuring compliance and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Experience coaching managers and building stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• HR qualification (CIPD or SHRM) an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area Managers to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Support talent management, workforce planning, succession & engagement.
• Coach managers to improve leadership and people management.
• Advise on org design, change management and transformation.
• Lead employee relations cases with compliance.
• Collaborate with People teams to implement HR programmes.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Champion diversity and a positive employee experience.
