P&O Partner- Amsterdam is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with Area Managers and clinic leaders, translating business priorities into people solutions that drive performance and growth.

You will lead talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement, while coaching managers to enhance leadership capabilities and ensure legal compliance across regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or similar People Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience coaching managers and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into action.
  • A professional HR qualification (such as CIPD or SHRM) is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration
CIPD or SHRM qualification (advantage)

You’ll have:
