Job summary

MARS VETERINARY HEALTH is seeking a European Health & Safety Systems & Training Manager to lead development and harmonisation of HSE systems across MVH Europe. You will drive digital reporting, analytics and training programs for multiple countries, aligning with local regulations and cultures.

The role offers strategic influence with cross-country collaboration, reporting to the Director of Health & Safety, Risk & Security. Travel across Europe is required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in health, safety and environmental leadership roles, ideally pan-European.
• Strong knowledge of European and UK health and safety legislation and its multi-jurisdiction applicability.
• Experience implementing and improving ISO 45001 and other HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and harmonisation of HSE management systems across MVH Europe.
• Drive digital transformation of HSE reporting and analytics.
• Design and deliver multilingual safety training across countries.
