Job summary

You will work closely with senior leadership of JD's logistics division to enable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of HR practices, talent development, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with logistics leadership to understand priorities and provide strategic HR support.
• Lead talent management, performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for German logistics operations.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment in compliance with local regulations.
• Support organizational change and transformation aligned with JD's global vision.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies in line with German labor laws.
• Utilize HR data to continuously improve programs and processes.
• Promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion within JD's Europe teams.
