Responsibilities

• Liaise with business units, compliance, finance to achieve local/European activities.
• Deal with sales force/product managers for event reviews.
• Work with virtual event platforms required by the business.
• Ensure HCPs are invited using compliant processes in country.
• Maintain GDPR compliant storage of HCP information.
• Review processes to update regulatory/compliance policies.
• Manage supplier accounts and timely event invoicing.
• Coordinate flight/hotel bookings and event logistics.
