Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist in Zaandam to support strategic customers across Europe, working with Sales Managers to strengthen relationships, ensure accurate forecasting, and execute contracts efficiently. You will act as the central link between customers and internal teams, coordinating commercial processes and delivering high-quality service.

The role requires experience with contract management, pricing, SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office, and involves travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar Customer Solutions/Commercial Support role.
• Experience in B2B Food or Feed industry required.
• Experience supporting international Key Accounts.
• Strong understanding of contract management, pricing and execution.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Account customers across Europe.
• Provide accurate price quotes, support contract bookings and pricing discussions.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, commercial planning and account reviews.
• Act as a link between customers and Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Finance and QA.
