Qualifications

• Strong understanding of contract management, pricing and execution.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Customer Solutions Specialist

Support strategic customers across Europe

Are you passionate about customer relationships, commercial support, and delivering excellent service in an international environment?

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role within our Bunge Food Solutions EMEA organization. Working closely with Sales Managers and strategic Key Account customers across Europe, you will help ensure outstanding customer service, accurate forecasting, effective contract execution, and strong commercial performance.

This is not a business development or cold-calling role. Instead, you will focus on supporting existing customer relationships, managing contract execution, coordinating commercial processes, and acting as the central link between customers and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

Customer & Commercial Support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Account customers across Europe.
• Deliver a high level of customer service through proactive and professional communication.
• Support Sales Managers in managing and developing customer relationships.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted partner for customers by providing value-added support and solutions.

Contracting and Contract Book Management

• Provide accurate price quotes, handle price negotiations, secure frame contract pricing and contract bookings
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders on the delivery alignment of the contracted volumes
• Proactively follow up on contract execution and identify delays, gaps, or potential risks to ensure contracted volumes are executed according to plan.
• Ensure accurate contract documentation and compliance with internal processes.

Forecasting & Commercial Planning

• Maintain accurate customer forecasts and support business planning activities.
• Monitor customer demand and identify deviations from forecasted volumes.
• Support commercial reporting, account reviews, and sales planning activities.
• Contribute to forecast accuracy and contract coverage across the customer portfolio.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the connecting link between customers and departments including Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Quality, Sustainability, and Operations.
• Coordinate activities required to meet customer expectations and business commitments.
• Participate in regular alignment meetings with commercial and operational teams.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across functions.

Customer Engagement

• Support customer visits, business reviews, and commercial meetings.
• Attend Creative Studio Days and other customer-facing events when customers visit Bunge.
• Travel within Europe approximately 5 times per year to strengthen customer relationships and support commercial activities.

Experience

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Customer Solutions, Sales Support, Commercial Support, Contract Management, or Inside Sales role.
• Experience within the B2B Food or Feed industry is required.
• Experience supporting complex international customers and Key Accounts.
• Strong understanding of contract management, pricing and contract execution processes.
• Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
