Zusammenfassung

Mollie in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer to scale compliance across Europe. You will own the frameworks, lead conversations with business units, and ensure we move at the pace of the company while maintaining robust controls.

You will mentor a team of junior and mid-level officers, translate PSD2/AML rules into practical requirements, and partner with Product, Legal, Risk and Operations to embed compliance by design across Mollie's growing product suite.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of compliance experience within a regulated financial institution (Fintech, PSP, EMI, or neo-bank).
• Strong knowledge of PSD2, AMLD, EBA Guidelines and MiCAR.
• Experience in financial crime prevention and regulatory advisory.

• Own the compliance frameworks across AML/CFT, sanctions, and governance for European expansion.
• Lead and develop a junior/mid-level compliance team with coaching and reviews.
• Embed compliance into product development lifecycles with cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver high-quality regulatory reporting and management deliverables on time.
