Pentair plc in Winterswijk is seeking an Area Sales Manager Commercial Water to drive growth for XRW wastewater solutions across Europe. The role focuses on expanding the distributor network, training partners, and creating demand among municipalities, utilities, and industrial customers.

You will build long-term relationships, travel internationally, and work with engineering teams to translate market feedback into product improvements.

Formación

• Experience in international B2B sales within a technical environment.
• Experience in business development, market development, and/or distributor networks is an advantage.
• Affinity with pumps, water technology, or the wastewater market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute growth plans for your assigned region.
• Build and expand a European distributor network.
• Support, train, and commercially develop distributors.
• Generate demand among end users, municipalities, water authorities, and industrial customers.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve sales and order intake targets.
• Organize customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and technical presentations.
• Monitor market developments and translate them into commercial actions.
• Advise customers and partners on the technical and economic benefits of XRW solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to translate market feedback into product improvements.
• Maintain and update CRM, customer, and market information and prepare commercial reports.
