Neway Water Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our water valves sales initiatives in the European region. This role is crucial in driving business expansion, securing new customers, and achieving sales targets in the water distribution, wastewater treatment, desalination, datacenters and industrial utility sectors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of the water valves market and applications.
Main Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and Channel partners to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
- Develop a network of channel partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass targets.
- Promote and sell water valve products with tailored value propositions to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of solutions.
- Assess market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and track sales performance.
- Stay updated on competitive activities and market developments.
- Work closely with marketing to enhance product visibility and awareness.
- Collaborate on campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation and market penetration.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Proven track record in sales within the water valves or related industry.
- Familiar with end-users, EPC contractors, skid-builder, and distribution channels.
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater systems, datacenters, and seawater desalination, including product specifications and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and sales data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
