As a Retail Manager, you will be part of our international, professional, and dedicated Commercial Team, with primary responsibility for driving the development and growth of our retail business within the fruit and vegetable sector. You will manage key retail accounts across Europe, build and strengthen customer relationships, develop commercial programs, and identify opportunities that contribute to sustainable growth.
- Independently managing and achieving sales and margin targets;
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with retailers and other commercial partners;
- Developing and coordinating commercial programs with customers;
- Analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer developments to identify new opportunities;
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align product availability, quality, packaging, and other commercial activities, ensuring the right products reach the right customer;
- Negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring successful execution of customer programs;
- Monitoring budgets and supporting the achievement of commercial objectives;
- Contributing to the continued growth and positioning of the organization within the retail market.

- You are fluent in English, and additional languages (such as Dutch, Spanish, French, or German) are a plus;
- You have a strong affinity for fresh produce and a solid understanding of commercial trading processes;
- You have a Bachelor-level (HBO) education or higher, or can demonstrate an equivalent level through relevant work experience;
- You are willing to work full-time from our office in Waddinxveen and travel when required.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage
