Job summary

Reebok in Roermond, Netherlands seeks an External Supply Manager for a 12-month contract to coordinate external logistics partners and translate customer requirements into operational excellence across the supply chain. You will collaborate with Logistics, Procurement and Sales Operations, manage 3PL relationships, and drive improvements in packaging, labeling, RFID, and value-added services.

The role is hybrid with one remote day per week, travel up to 20% across Europe, and requires 3–5 years

Qualifications

• Experience in Footwear, Sporting Goods, Fashion or Apparel logistics and retail/wholesale requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience managing suppliers, contracts or 3PLs in an international setting.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external suppliers and 3PL partners.
• Coordinate value-added services (labelling, repacking, RFID, packaging and customer-specific requirements).
• Review customer and supplier contracts for feasibility and compliance.
• Identify improvement opportunities while supporting sourcing and implementation of new logistics services.
