Job summary

JD Logistics in Rotterdam, Netherlands, seeks a program lead to own the functional reverse logistics program across Europe. You will coordinate with procurement, country operations and OOH teams to improve customer experience for returns and after-sales shipments.

Responsibilities include defining standards and frameworks, monitoring carrier performance, and launching at least three 3PL partners in 2026, within a diverse, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in reverse logistics, especially in Europe.

• Strong project management and process-improvement skills.
