Job summary

adidas is seeking a Partner Program Trading Manager to drive the growth of live partner businesses within online wholesale accounts and selected marketplaces across Europe. You will own account strategy, forecasting, and in-season management in collaboration with Pillar leads and wholesale teams.

The role requires proven account management experience in sporting goods, strong eCommerce knowledge, and a solid merchandising and commercial foundation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in merchandising eCom & retail alongside account management, business development or finance.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Partner Program proposition for Europe with ranging, forecasting consolidation and in-season management.
• Define account strategy for current and future Partner Program accounts with Pillar lead alignment.
• Support integration of new strategic accounts with Partner Acceleration team.
• Represent accounts internally to ensure cross-functional collaboration across the Partner Program Trading process.
• Lead account interface for Partner Program partners, driving brand and commercial success.
• Develop and execute account strategy with Wholesale key account teams.
• Drive in-season management, campaigns, and marketplace regulation across live accounts.
• Analyze performance, set targets, and provide insights to European/Global teams.
• Manage business planning and financial forecasting for live Partner Program accounts.
