Job summary

adidas in Amsterdam is looking for an Assistant Manager Partner Program Trading to drive growth of live partner businesses across Europe, including online marketplaces and eCom pure players. You will manage defined partner accounts, support ranging strategy, forecasting, and in-season trading.

This role requires account management experience in sporting goods, strong analytics, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in eCom or Digital commerce with account management, business development or finance.
• Experience with performance management / KPI tracking is a must.
• Fluency in English is required and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support & manage the digital development of the defined Partner Program accounts across Europe, optimizing brand representation, consumer experience, and growing net sales and market share.
• Execute the Partner Program proposition in Europe for respective accounts including ranging strategy, forecasting consolidation, reporting and active in-season trading.
• Represent assigned accounts internally towards all functions to ensure collaboration across the end-to-end Partner Program Trading process.
