Job summary

New Balance seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda for its European Commercial Wholesale business. Based in Amsterdam or Warrington, you will partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy across 15 countries.

You will manage talent, workforce planning, and organizational design while championing DEI and a data-driven culture. Strong partnership and change leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a strategic senior HR partnering role in a fast-paced multi-country European or global business.
• Experience partnering with commercial Wholesale teams is preferred.
• Passion for the sports industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of multiple European employment laws.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach; Workday experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to senior leaders to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Provide leadership and advice to support key growth strategies for the business.
• Lead talent acquisition, mobility, change management, compensation, L&D, org design, succession and workforce planning.
• Coach leaders on talent issues and business objectives, ensuring alignment with strategy.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders to implement organizational changes across 15 countries.
• Support Performance and Talent Management processes; identify development needs.
• Champion culture, core values, DEI, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
• Partner with HR COE’s and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
