Job summary

adidas in Amsterdam seeks a Manager Partner Operations to own end-to-end operational responsibility for one of our fastest-growing digital sales channels. You will drive financial integrity, partner performance, and scalable processes across Partner Program, Partnership Marketing and Gift Cards.

You will influence senior stakeholders in a fast-evolving environment, design efficient controls, and collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Procurement to enable growth and trust with our vendor

Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years professional experience (digital/eCommerce, operations, finance, marketplace).
• Fluency in written and spoken English; a second European language is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable operational processes in collaboration with key stakeholders across functions.
• Monitor daily partner operations to achieve KPIs on cancellation, delivery, returns, and consumer service.
• Support Partner acceleration with clearer operational processes and project management for roll-outs.
• Assist Partner Trading with tools and system integration for accurate partner management.
• Support Gift Cards channel data transmission through the tech provider.
• Support Partnership Marketing with tracking of sales transactions and tech integrations.
