Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an HR Operations Specialist – Europe to deliver high-quality HR support across our European locations. You will own payroll, employee administration, absence management, and contracts, working closely with HR Business Partners, managers and Finance to keep the HR back office accurate and efficient.

You will develop standard reports, monitor KPIs, and identify trends at site and European levels.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Strong advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) required.
• Experience with payroll processes and HR systems (SD Worx, Workday) preferred.
• Highly organized with data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to improve processes.
• Comfortable in an international, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or Belgian employment practices is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations across Europe, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers.
• Manage absence and ensure GDPR compliance and local labor laws.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve HR processes.
• Develop HR dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and trends.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across HR systems.
