Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver high-quality HR support across European locations. You will manage onboarding to offboarding, payroll coordination, and absence management while ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity.

The role emphasizes HR data reporting, KPI monitoring, and process improvements in a European, fast-paced environment. Onsite presence in the Netherlands is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR administration, payroll, or a similar role.
• Strong data and Excel skills, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

• Manage onboarding to offboarding including contracts and digital files.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external European providers.
• Oversee absence administration and GDPR compliance.
• Identify opportunities to standardize HR processes across Europe.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and KPI reports.
• Analyze data to highlight trends for HR management.
• Maintain data quality and integrity in HR systems.
