Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an HR Operations Specialist – Europe to deliver high-quality HR support across our European sites. You will own core processes like payroll, employee administration, absence management, and contracts.

Working with HR Business Partners and Finance, you will ensure our HR back office is accurate, efficient, and well-organized. You will develop standard reports, monitor KPIs, and identify trends across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in HR administration, HR Operations, payroll or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to build formulas, charts, and reports.
• Experience with payroll processes and HR systems (SD Worx, Workday)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or Belgian employment practices is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Core HR Operations & Administration: Onboarding to offboarding, contracts, and digital employee files.
• Payroll Coordination: Run monthly payroll with external European providers.
• Absence & Compliance: Manage absence and GDPR compliance with local laws.
• HR Reporting & KPI Monitoring: Develop dashboards and recurring reports; monitor KPIs.
• Data Guarding: Maintain data quality and integrity in HR systems.
