Job summary

Prologis in Amsterdam seeks an experienced E-Truck Charging Hub Developer, Europe, to lead commercial development of charging hubs across several European countries. You will originate opportunities, secure site control, and build business cases with engineers to move projects to ready-to-build status.

You will shape partnerships with charge point operators, fleets, and manufacturers, negotiate leases, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver approved designs, permits, and grid connections

Qualifications

• 7+ years in e-mobility, energy, or real-estate development.
• Experience originating complex opportunities to ready-to-build status.
• Established European network in eTruck charging and heavy-duty transport.

Responsibilities

• Originate and assess charging hub opportunities across Europe.
• Secure site control via land acquisition or long-term leases.
• Build relationships with operators, fleets, and manufacturers.
• Lead commercial discussions, leases, and partnerships.
• Develop business cases, budgets, revenues, and subsidies.
