Job summary

Prologis is seeking an E-Truck Charging Hub Developer, Europe to lead the commercial development of public and semi-public charging hubs for electric trucks across France, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain. You will originate opportunities, secure site control, and develop initial concepts and business cases while building relationships with charge point operators and customers.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Energy, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong network across European eTruck charging and heavy-duty transport sectors is a plus.
• Experience with site acquisition, lease negotiations, and deal closing.
• Experience developing business cases and incorporating public funding/subsidy schemes.

Responsibilities

• Originate and assess eTruck charging hub opportunities across Europe.
• Secure control of third-party sites via land acquisition or long-term lease.
• Build relationships with charge point operators, fleets, and manufacturers.
• Lead commercial discussions and close customer leases and partnerships.
• Develop project business cases covering budgets, revenues, risks, and subsidies.
• Coordinate engineering, permitting, and grid connections with internal and external teams.
• Ensure ready-to-build requirements are completed before handover to execution team.
