Job summary

Green SM is seeking a Senior Repair & Maintenance Control Specialist to oversee workshop partners and elevate maintenance standards for our fleet in Amsterdam. You will drive contract governance, monitor progress, and ensure service quality across all partner workshops.

You will lead a small team, analyze workshop performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. The ideal candidate has a degree in Automotive Engineering, 3–5 years of workshop supervision, and strong negotiation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing automotive repair service workshops.
• Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and coordination with insurers.
• Solid grasp of automotive service workflows and quality assessment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills across workshops and insurers.
• Analytical thinking, planning, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the capabilities of maintenance & repair workshops and manage the full contract process
• Monitor repair progress and ensure service quality across all partner workshops
• Identify gaps and recommend improvement actions to elevate workshop performance
• Conduct periodic evaluations and propose continuation or termination of workshop partnerships
• Guide, support, and provide direction to team members to ensure smooth workflow and aligned execution
