Job summary

RightHand Robotics is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for Europe and remote sites to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing value delivery. You will work with engineering, deployment, and support teams to translate customer needs into actions that improve performance and satisfaction.

The role requires delivering client-facing training, monitoring account health with data analytics, and driving continuous improvement while traveling as project timings require.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics for logistics/warehouse operations and/or project management/deployment.
• Experience with warehouse operations and preferably each-pick material flows.
• Familiarity with warehouse/manufacturing automation equipment.
• Excellent public speaking, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action.
• Experience delivering client-facing technical training.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact between RHR and customers/partners after orders are placed to ensure project success.
• Monitor and translate customer needs to engineering, operations, deployment and support teams to prioritize actions for satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal and external project management meetings until performance and satisfaction goals are met.
• Track and present project updates to senior management.
• Conduct in-person and web-based customer onboarding training.
• Track system performance to monitor account health.
• Use data-driven analytics to steer customers toward improvements.
• Develop process improvements to elevate the customer experience.
