Job summary

Zeekr Europe is seeking a Regulatory Compliance and RMI Specialist within Zeekr MSS to ensure EU and local aftersales compliance, manage RMI access, and guide legal, procurement, engineering and regional teams across vehicle lifecycle.

The role covers battery regulations, Road Side Assistance governance, and documentation compliance, requiring 3–5 years in automotive aftersales with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably OEM aftersales or EV compliance.
• Ability to interpret European regulations and translate into practical processes and documentation.
• Experience designing and implementing aftersales processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with EU and local legislation relevant to aftersales operations (RMI, cybersecurity, data protection).
• Manage the OEM’s Repair & Maintenance Information portal and access controls.
• Oversee battery regulations, traceability, recycling, reporting and ELV obligations.
• Design, implement and improve Road Side Assistance processes and related reporting.
