Job summary

Zeekr MSS is seeking a Regulatory Compliance and RMI Specialist to ensure EU compliance across the aftersales fleet. You will govern the RMI portal, ensuring access to technical documentation, labor times, and service instructions, while coordinating authentication for independent operators and partners.

You will oversee battery legislation compliance, sustainability reporting, and environmental obligations, collaborating with Zeekr Tech to ensure market-wide technical compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance & legal governance: ensure EU/local compliance for aftersales; liaise with Legal and external parties for SERMI; monitor new EU regulations; ensure audit readiness and documentation.
• Repair and maintenance information governance: manage the RMI portal; ensure availability and access to technical docs, labor times, and service instructions; provide RMI access for individuals and commercial use; coordinate authentication for independent operators and partners.
• Battery regulations & sustainability: oversee battery legislation compliance, traceability, recycling, ELV obligations; define battery return, recycling, and reporting with partners; ensure environmental compliance and sustainability reporting; ensure technical compliance for all markets/models with Zeekr Tech.
• Road Side Assistance: implement RSA for new markets; follow up RSA reporting; design and improve RSA processes with service provider; support toll-free access, PO creation and information availability; liaise to price and advertise extended RSA packages.

The role

As Regulatory Compliance and RMI Specialist within Zeekr MSS you provide expert technical guidance and operational support related to European Regulations and Laws applicable to the EU Zeekr vehicle fleet. You furthermore define and guard key processes within the Aftersales department like Road Side Assistance. This role acts as a key interface legal, procurement, engineering, quality, and regional organizations, ensuring the correct identification, application, and technical implementation of regulations throughout the vehicle lifecycle. The position supports NSCs, importers, and, indirect dealers by resolving providing them with technical guidance and aftersales processes.

This Is What You Will Do

Regulatory compliance & legal governance

• Ensure full compliance with EU and local legislation relevant to aftersales operations, including MVBER, secured Repair & Maintenance Information (RMI), cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
• Liaise with Legal and external parties to ensure SERMI compliance.
• Monitor and interpret new and evolving EU regulations impacting service, repair, diagnostics, sustainability, and data access.
• Ensure audit readiness and documentation accuracy for regulatory authorities.

Repair and maintenance information governance

• Manage the OEM’s Repair & Maintenance Information portal.
• Ensure availability, accuracy, and controlled access to technical documentation, labor times, repair methods, and service instructions.
• Provide Access to the RMI portal for individual as well as commercial use, Implement and monitor secured RMI access frameworks in compliance with EU requirements.
• Coordinate authentication and authorization mechanisms for independent operators and authorized partners.

Battery regulations & sustainability

• Oversee compliance with all type of battery legislation, including traceability, recycling, reporting, and end-of-life vehicle (ELV) obligations.
• Define and manage battery return, recycling, and reporting processes in cooperation with certified partners.
• Ensure environmental compliance and sustainability reporting requirements are met.
• Ensure Technical Compliance for all Markets and Models for the European markets in close cooperation with Zeekr Tech

Road Side Assistance

• Implement Road Side Assistance for new Markets.
• Follow up Road Side Assistance reporting.
• Design, implement and improve related processes in close collaboration with the Service provider.
• Support toll free number access, PO creation and customer facing availability of the needed information.
• Liaise with the Service Network Performance Specialist to design, price and advertise extended RSA packages as part of upselling opportunities.

• Proven experience in aftersales process design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience supporting regional organizations and dealer networks.
• Experience with compliance documentation, reporting tools, and process implementation is a plus.
• Exposure to HV battery architecture, roadside assistance operations, or automotive data platforms is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders while contributing to long-term aftersales and service strategy.
